We are a manufacturer of window joinery. We have our own production facility and original production methods. We provide our customers with comprehensive care. We will come to you, take measurements, show possible solutions, prepare a quotation, and carry out the order. The joinery purchased from us is installed by us at your request.
a. Decide what KM Plast products you need. This can include windows, doors, blinds, etc. Make sure you know:
• window type and model,
• preferred window color,
• window width and height,
• type and color of window handle,
• type of installation (warm or cold),
• type of exterior and interior window sill,
• type of air inlet vent,
• type of accessories (mosquito nets, blinds, or pleated blinds).

c. We will help you in the selection of products, prepare a quotation, and make an appointment with you to measure the windows.
d. We will prepare an offer tailored to your needs. Study it carefully. If you have additional questions, contact us. We will clarify any doubts. The production process starts as soon as the offer is accepted and the down payment is made.
e. The delivery time of your order depends on the type of products selected, availability of materials, and other factors. We will give you an approximate delivery date at the time of ordering.
f. Delivery and installation will take place after production. We will agree the installation date with you.
When choosing windows, pay attention to several key aspects ensuring the durability of the windows and your comfort:
- sound insulation to dampen noise (if you live in a noisy area, e.g., next to a road, you may want to consider soundproofing);
- security against burglary;
- watertightness to protect against moisture and rain;
- weather resistance (UV, rain, wind, snow);
- high thermal insulation to reduce heat loss in the apartment or house.
The waiting time for KM Plast windows depends on the size of the order, the type of windows, and the accessories selected. The production usually takes 3 weeks. However, if the are more windows to be made or for non-standard orders, the time can extend to 7 weeks. For an exact completion date, please contact our office. Production times are also subject to change due to the production load. Before placing an order, always confirm the delivery date with our representative.
The installation time for a new window depends on factors such as the experience of the installation team, the type of window, weather conditions, the condition of the building, and the complexity of the work. Replacing a single window in a standard home usually takes from a few hours to a day. Write to us. We will work out the details, (nature and type of installation) and tell you how long the replacement will take.
If you need to dispose of the windows after replacement, just let us know at the time of preparing a quotation. We will take your request into account later in the order processing.
Warm installation for windows and doors provides much better insulation and airtightness than the standard method. It prevents heat loss and thermal bridges, resulting in energy savings and thermal comfort. Key advantages include full frame insulation to minimize heat escape, sealing to prevent drafts and moisture, less risk of condensation, higher energy efficiency and lower bills, better visual effect due to the hidden frame, and longer life of the frames.

Detailed information about the warranty and the complaint procedure is specified in the warranty card provided on the day the installation is completed and confirmed in an acceptance report.
The warranty period for windows is 2 years.
- You will receive KM Plast warranty card along with the purchased windows and operating instructions on the day of work acceptance. We recommend that you keep the warranty card in a safe place so that you can exercise your warranty rights if necessary.

If the products do not conform to your order, use the complaint procedure. If you wish to make a complaint about KM Plast products, follow the steps below:
- The complaint notification should include the following details:
- the invoice or contract number,
a detailed description of the identified defect,
- photos of the damage.
- Write to us at reklamacje@km-plast.pl.
- After having received your request, we will contact you within 3 business days.
